Joined hands with MSV for "Panam". Credits for making this
wonderful combination goes to Kalaivaanar and A.L. Srinivasan.
Earlier, he was working with Thurayoor Rajagopala Sharma and
C.R. Subbaraman.
Who can forget his movies with MSV: "Paasa malar", "Paazhum
pazhamum", "Padithaal mattum pothumaa", "Poliskaaran magal",
"Nenjam marappathillai", etc. The list is endless. The combo's
last movie in this series was apparently "Aayirathil oruvan',
another masterpiece.
After they broke away, TKR did music alone for some movies
including "Saathu mirandaal", "Naan", "Thanga churangam",
"Marakka mudiyumaa" but only few songs stayed in people's
minds.
MSV and TKR came together after a long time for "Engiruntho
vanthaan". It was a flop.
